Rosina focuses on teaching and empowering the clients to connect to the mind, body and spirit. This enables the individual to move on their spiritual path and enables their growth towards a rewarding and fulfilling life. A healthy mind and body are essential and this can be attained by nutrition, exercise and understanding how the mind and body works. Seminars, Retreats and weekly and monthly classes are available as well as one on one sessions. New for 2008 is "The Spiritual Woman's Group" that meets every 2nd Friday of the month. A group for women to explore and have fun with like minded women.
